This is the best aerobic and exercises video I have come across. Low impact with high results. Do not be put off by the name. My daughter said that it felt like nothing when she did the exercise but she was sore all over the next day. I highly recommend this video provided that you actually do the exercise. You can also occasionally buy this video from Amazon marketplace (used or new) at a substantial discount. |
